Developed by Two Trees Management Company and designed by famed architect Enrique Norten of Ten Arquitectos, the Mercedes House is one New York’s most influential new residential development. The 30 story, 800 unit building offers unobstructed luxurious of the Hudson River. The building is well known for its spacious outdoor and indoor recreational areas, something not offend said of NYC buildings as the Mercedes House has both indoor and outdoor pools, spa, fitness centers, and various sport courts.
Concreteworks East was excited to fabricate elements for this exciting project as we fabricated pool coping for both the indoor and outdoor pools. The coping had custom cut lettering cast in place to read “No Diving” as well as the depth of the pool. At the outdoor pool, color matched floor pavers were also provided to complete the elevated patio area.
