40 Bond Featured in November’s Issue of HD Magazine

The November 2018 issue of HD Magazine features Ian Schrager as the guest editor and curator. The issue includes the incredible story of the entrepreneur and hotelier, starting from Studio 54 to the current work of the Ian Schrager Company. Concreteworks East has collobrated with Ian Schrager Company through the years on their Edition brand of hotels and private residences. Locations include the Miami Edition, New York Edition, Times Square Edition, and the West Hollywood Edition.

Our collobration with Ian Schrager began though with the master bathroom of the penthouse at the 40 Bond residences. The image of the notable champagne colored freestanding tub, shower, vanity, and wall panels, hand crafted by Concreteworks East, have become increasingly popular and have served as the concept for further Ian Schrager Projects, including the recent 215 Chrystie St. residences. The issue also highlights some of the promiment architects that have worked with Ian Schrager Company over the years and is a great read.
